The Great Escape Canada and Breakout. What happened to NextRelic?

Hey guys, we had a lot to be thankful for this weekend, like for being able to do another double header with some family.  This time we investigated in some downtown locations.

The Great Escape Canada – Not to be mixed up with Great Escape in North York is a (friendly) family run operation. We were impressed by the set design of “THE FIRST ENDEAVOUR” , yet we played “The Hangover”.  The puzzles were mostly intuitive and made use of their space.  The owners were happy to chat with us and invite us to try out their new game which will be released in the next few weeks (in time for halloween) which will be a ‘murder mystery’ themed room.

EscapeZone (formerly BreakOut) – Walking in you can tell they did a great job to design their lobby area (in fact their whole complex) to match their logo (black, yellow and white everywhere), we were equally impressed with their room.  We did the Da Vinci code room: the set was great, puzzles were intuitive and the staff was friendly.  Overall a solid experience.

*Side Note*

NextRelic –  We have been trying to book NextRelic for the last couple of weeks, but it seems the phone number is out of service.  Are they out of business?

Look out for full reviews this week!
